Leovisio Healthcare Consulting ("Leovisio," "we," "us," or "our") operates leovisio.co. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We work with specialty medical practices, not their patients. This site does not collect or process patient health information. If you're a patient looking for a medical provider, this policy doesn't apply to any healthcare service you receive, only to your visit to this marketing website.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, practice name, your role, and whatever you write in the message field. This information is sent to us through Formspree, a third-party form processing service, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. We collect this through Google Analytics, described below.
We group the cookies and tracking tools this site can use into three categories. Not all of them are active today. This policy describes all three so it stays accurate as our tools change, without needing a rewrite every time we add something.
Google Analytics (Google's gtag.js) helps us understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages get read and how people navigate between them. This is the only tracking tool currently running on leovisio.co.
If we add advertising or retargeting tools in the future, such as a Meta Pixel or Google Ads remarketing tag, they would fall in this category. If we add a live chat widget, chatbot, or a session-recording or heatmap tool (used to see how visitors interact with pages), they would fall in this category. These tools may log parts of your interaction with the site to help us improve it or respond to you faster.
When you first visit, you'll see a banner asking whether you're okay with non-essential cookies. If you decline, none of the categories above track your visit beyond what's strictly necessary to run the site. If you accept, or simply continue browsing without changing your choice, the tools that are actually active at the time (currently, just analytics) are used as described. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We currently use two third-party service providers: Formspree (contact form submissions) and Google Analytics (site analytics). Each processes information on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and data-handling terms.
If we add advertising, retargeting, or chat tools as described above, the companies behind those tools (for example, Meta or Google) would also process limited data as part of running them, consistent with the choices you make through the cookie banner. We don't share your information with anyone beyond what's needed to operate the site, respond to you, and run the tools disclosed in this policy.
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, then delete them. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings for our account.
This site is intended for practice owners, administrators, and healthcare business professionals. It's not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. If changes are significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
